The building itself is beautiful especially at night with all of the lights on. And of course the rooms are decorated luxuriously. But what is really great about this hotel in my opinion is not what it looks like outside or how nice it is inside but where it is located. After all; I hope you’re not planning on spending your trip to NYC inside your hotel!

Omni Berkshire Place is on East 52nd St. between Madison Avenue and 5th Avenue and that places it near many “points of interest”. What follows is a shortlist of what is within a very short walk of the hotel:

Millennium Hilton Hotel. This 4 star hotel located on Church Street in lower Manhattan is an excellent place to stay for those on vacation and those visiting New York for business reasons. The rooms here can actually be surprisingly inexpensive. 

The Howard Johnson Inn Jamaica Airport is located about one mile from JFK and may be the right choice for anyone who is visiting Queens or Brooklyn more than Manhattan. And because it is so far from Manhattan, it’s quite a discount.

The Carlton Hotel is a four star luxury hotel located on Madison Avenue between 28th and 29th Streets. Like all of the hotels in this article, it’s pet friendly.
